Dilucia's Social Media Giveaway Policies: Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Dilucia's, Inc. will run $100 giveaways (redeemable as a gift card) from our Social Media accounts. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Ohio, United States, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, immediate family members of Dilucia's, Inc., and past winners of any Dilucia's, Inc. giveaways within the last 12 months are not eligible to participate.
  2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win this giveaway. Making a purchase at Dilucia's does not increase your chances of winning.
  3. How to Enter: Participants may enter the giveaway by following, liking or reviewing the Dilucia's Catering page on Facebook/Meta, located at https://www.facebook.com/diluciasbanquetandcatering. Limit one (1) entry per person.
  4. Entry Period: Giveaways usually run from the Giveaway Announcement Date to the Giveaway End Date (Typically, on or about the 15th of the Month) for new entries. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. The winner will be selected and announced within three (3) business days after of the Giveaway End Date via a Facebook/Meta Post or Direct Message.
  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card from Dilucia's, Inc for our Catering or Take-out Catering Food Services. The gift card is: 1) not applicable to our Banquet Services, 2) is non-transferable, 3) has a zero (0) dollar value (USD), and 4) cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. By Example: 100 likes, odds will be set at 1 in 100.
  7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via a Facebook/Meta post and/or direct message within five (5) business days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, another winner may be selected.
  8. Winner Restriction: Past winners of any Dilucia's, Inc. giveaways are not eligible to win again for a period of 12 months from their previous win date.
  9. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow Dilucia's, Inc. to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional, marketing, digital marketing, and social media posts without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Dilucia's, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dilucia's, Inc. from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize.
  11. Disqualification: Dilucia's, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
  12. Privacy: Information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  13. Changes to the Giveaway: Dilucia's, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  14. Right to Modify Terms: Dilucia's, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
  15. Applicable Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio or through an authorized arbitrator.
  16. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Dilucia's, Inc., 2610 Elm Rd NE, Warren, OH, United States, Ohio.
